A perfect cold-brew coffee for hot summer days! I usually like to double or triple the recipe so I can keep this drink in the fridge all week. This simple coffee drink you could prepare the night before and it would be ready for you in the morning!

Ingredients:
1/3 cup coffee grounds (about 5 Tbsp)
1 1/2 cups water

Ingredients:
2 1/3 cup coffee grounds
10 1/2 cups water
Directions:
1. Combine coffee grounds and water in a bin and let sit for 10-12 hours, preferably overnight. The longer you let the mixture sit, the stronger it gets.
2. Strain in a coffee filter or 2-3 times with a fine mesh strainer. The same as when making hot pour over coffee.
