Lazy Saturday morning granola! This crunchy granola is one of my favorite breakfasts, really because it’s super easy! Gain high energy from the chia which gives you a boost. My favorite way to eat this cereal is with plain greek yogurt, peanut butter, and frozen berries.

Servings 6
Ingredients:
2 cup old-fashioned oats
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup cashews
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- In a bowl, mix the oats, honey, oil, cinnamon, chia seeds, and salt
- Spray a regular sheet tray and spread out the oat mixture
- Bake 10 minutes, then stir around
- Add the cranberries and cashews
- Bake for another 10 minutes
- Take them out of the oven and stir around again on the sheet
- Let them sit and dry until cool
*The amount of honey will depend on how sweet you want the granola and if everything is holding together
