Meal prepping is a great way to save time, get more nutritious and keep portions under control. It also results in better choices by giving you an idea of what to eat beforehand — so you don’t turn to junk food or convenience meals.

We can have meal prep for you by making-ahead meals or full meals cooked in advance which can be refrigerated and reheated at mealtimes. It can also be batch cooking for a specific recipe, then splitting it into individual portions to be frozen and eaten over the next few months. Or we can have meal prep by making individually portioned meals that are ready for grab-and-go portions. Lastly, we can prepare ready-to-cook ingredients required for specific meals ahead of time as a way to cut down on cooking time in the kitchen.
