Chef Courtney is culinary trained through Le Cordon Bleu in Sacramento where she learned how to be a gourmet chef, create recipes, and then started working in numerous restaurants, bakeries, and senior living. Later on, she got her university degrees in Nutrition from the University of Wisconsin Madison and Seattle Pacific University, Nutrition & Dietetics which she paired with her culinary background to create Nutrition Thyme! She has been featured in Voyage Phoenix, PORA, Sun Produce Co-op, Local First Arizona Good Food Finder and AZ Central and was rated top 7 metro Phoenix meal prep services to help you eat healthy in the new year. She is an Experienced Certified Food Handler in the State of Arizona, Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professionalism, and has over 10 years of professional culinary experience in restaurants and in-home cooking.
