Look no further than Nutrition Thyme RD, a local personal chef serving the Greater Phoenix area. I provide you with delicious and healthy personalized meals you can pull out of the refrigerator throughout the week to simply heat up and enjoy! This will free up your time to do the activities you truly love. Together we will personalize meals for your specific food preferences, allergies, and special diets. I’ll come to your home for a half day every week to shop, cook, clean up, and stock your refrigerator with a week’s worth of healthy homemade meals. I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of the Culinary Arts, then from Seattle Pacific University with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Ever since, I have since worked for many restaurants, bakeries, and catering companies. Through these experiences, I have learned the craft of healthy cooking and meals for individuals and parties.
How it works in two easy steps!
First, we meet for a complimentary in-home consultation, I’ll bring a tasty snack, and we’ll get to know each other. We’ll discuss your food preferences, desired portion size, dietary needs, and most importantly what you want to be eating. We will then go through your kitchen, looking at ingredients and equipment for your meal plans. Together we will create a personalized meal plan or I can surprise you! We can get creative with your meals including your favorite recipes, favorite dishes, and comfort foods.
Second, we determine a cook day for me to come into your home. I’ll take care of the shopping, taking into account how and where you routinely grocery shop for yourself. Since groceries are a separate cost to the client, I’ll shop at your markets of choice. Then to the exciting part; cooking in your kitchen! Afterwards I will leave you with a happy refrigerator stocked with meals ready to pull out and enjoy. I’ll then clean up and leave preparation notes behind. With my personal chef services, all your needs, interests, and tastes are taken into consideration when I create meals that work for you. You regain the time you’d usually spending grocery shopping, prepping, cooking, and cleaning to do fun activities, like outdoor adventures; spend time with your kids, grand kids, pets; visiting museums; yoga; and more!
Menu options include but are not limited to vegetarian, vegan, heart healthy, seasonal menus, holiday menus, and more. I can create specialized meal plans for any allergies and food preference needs. Menus can be customized weekly.
